[Cloud] Stable draft of Cloud Imaging WG charter (13 March 2012)

Per recent naming decisions in IPP Everywhere (i.e., second IPP
Multifunction
project and spec), I have just updated the Cloud Imaging WG charter for
approval
by the PWG Steering Committee:

- clean with all changes accepted

- redlines from previous draft

This draft renames the Cloud Imaging Requirements and Model spec to Cloud
Print Requirements and Model and adds a new Cloud Multifunction Requirements
and Model spec.  It also replaces all TBD dates in milestones with real
dates.
