[Cloud] First draft of JDF to PWG mapping (22 August 2011)

Hi,

I just posted a first draft of the JDF to PWG Print Job Ticket mapping:

It's actually complete for all attributes, except 3 complex mappings
(noted in the table).  Correct CIP4 JDF references are also supplied.
