[3D Printing] IEEE SA - P3333.2.5 - Bio-CAD File Format for Medical Three-Dimensional (3D) Printing

If I'm not mistaken, this seems to be yet another burgeoning effort to create yet another 3D file format?  This one originating from another broadly applicable but narrow vertical application of 3D technology.
