- Updated (unassigned) operation IDs and status codes that are really reserved<br>for uncompleted standards work.<br>- Fixed Attribute Group Tags note (0x3FFFFFFF instead of 0x37777777).<br>- Fixed definition of media-ready (missing 1setOf).<br>
