At first it seemed like an omission to me, but then after getting some sleep and considering it more, the Client always has to choose one, and not choosing one doesn't cause the default to be used. The Client HAS to choose, and hopefully will choose the most sophisticated one it supports that the Printer also lists.
Probably the same reason why there is no job-password-default - the default is no password...
Why is "job-password-encryption-default" not currently defined? There seems to be nowhere in 5100.11 or anywhere else explaining why there is only "job-password-encryption-supported".
