Reviewed in July 25, 2016 IPP WG conference call. Consensus is to update the registry and hold this issue for any future errata update to 5100.8.

Throughout this document, the values of the "-actual" attributes are defined as set by the Printer, either by copying from the corresponding Job Template attribute or recording the values used during processing of the Job.

We should say these are READ-ONLY attributes in the Job Status group that cannot be set directly.
