The text of the URL for the [PRIVACY] reference on page 54 is:

But clicking on the URL takes the reader here:

https://ftp.pwg.org/pub/pwg/ipp/registrations/req-ippprivacy10-20180412.pdf

Notice the "req" instead of "reg".
