inheritance of CIM_PrintQueue from CIM_JobDestination or from
CIM_JobQueue

This question came up during the last
concall. I did not have the opportunity to raise the question at the CIM
Core WG meeting last week. However, in researching the classes to put
the question into an email, I found that the answer is pretty clear.

CIM_JobQueue contains several properties that are
not appropriate to CIM_PrintQueue, e.g., MaxTimeOnQueue, MaxJobsOnQueue, and
MaxJobCPUTime. Even ignoring the question of whether one can inherit
from an experimental class, I do not think we want to clutter CIM_PrintQueue
with such properties. Analogous ones, maybe, but that's an item for
Phase 3.

I propose that we drop the idea of changing the
inheritance of CIM_PrintQueue.
