We believe this will enable us to more efficiently update the CIM printing classes.

Unfortunatlely, as Harry has suggested, the first penciled-in date of 16 Dec does not work well for the group because of year-end meetings and vacation plans. The 6 Jan date does work, allowing a few days to catch up after the holidays but also coming early enough to support a re-invigorated effort. I would suggest an early afternoon Eastern Standard Time call, if feasible, since we anticipate callers from all four continental US time zones.

As Harry and Craig mentioned, we do have a several-step approach. We will be outlining this approach prior to the January meeting.

Thank you for your assistance. Best wishes of the Holiday Season.

Bill Wagner, Chairman WIMS WG/PWG

-------------- Original message --------------
From: Harry Lewis <harryl@us.ibm.com>

John, it is beginning to shape up that we won't have a quorum for Friday 12/16.
