thanks for the comments. I am keeping a list. I have no strong objection to
eliminating this largely historical definition although I see no harm in
defining <FONT color=#000000>WIMS Managed Device</FONT><FONT color=#0000ff>
(since most people will be thinking in terms of device) to differentiate it from
Managed Entity (which is what we are dealing with). Hopefully, your
critical reviews will extend to the section 6, which has been modified so many
times that I am sure that there are some serious problems
